Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $65 or more.

Orders under $65 ship at a flat rate.

Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. NIHKO is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipping fees will apply.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, NIHKO is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
